Meinir Evans

Meinir qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and has worked in the field of Older Person and Mental Capacity law with experience now of over 17 year. Her specialism is Court of Protection acting as a Professional Deputy to many in both Finance and Welfare matters. She is unrivaled for her expertise is challenging Deprivation of Liberty application, removal of Attorneys and Deputies for abuse and in addition for financial abuse safeguarding work under the Mental Capacity Act and hospital discharge processes She is also experience in Private Client work of Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and Probate Work As the Chair of the Solicitors for the Elderly for South Wales and several recognised awards behind her for her work with Older People, she is also a committee member to Carers Wales and undertakes substantial Pro Bono Work


Jacqui Tranter

Jacqui has worked in the legal sector for over 30 years and has gained unrivalled experience from well recognised and established firms throughout Rhodda Cynon Taf and is also an Affiliated Member of CILEx. Jacquie manages her own caseload of Wills, Power of Attorney and Probate matters and is known for her personal warm approach and having the ability to explain matters to clients. Jacqui has undertaken training to become a Dementia Friend.

Wayne Viner

Wayne has a long history of service in the civil service before joining ME Law. One of the lead managers in the Firm, his experience keep the firm going. He is also experienced in advising in the field of Court of Protection and Safe Guarding’s and Hospital Discharge Processes

Gina has worked with ME Law since 2013 and works part-time. With an eye for detail, and a caring approach Gina covers the day to day tasks from data entry and filing to greeting our clients at reception, and is responsible for making your visit a pleasant one
